These miracle phenomena do not appear at random. They occur by chance, converging principles of heavenly order, earthly order, profound mysteries, fate, fortune, and many other doctrines. Precisely because miracle phenomena contain the ultimate truths of the Great Dao, encountering one by chance and gaining even a sliver of insight from it would be immensely beneficial.
Of course.
When one cultivates to a certain realm and gains deeper comprehension of the Great Dao, they can also artificially create a segment of Great Dao miracle.
For existences like Da Xing the Mad Monk and Water Moon Bodhisattva, given their comprehension of Buddhist Law, casually creating a segment of Buddhist Dao miracle is no difficult feat. Mo Wentian could also casually create a segment of Immortal Dao miracle. As long as one's comprehension of a particular Great Dao is deep enough, they can create a miracle of that Dao.
However, that is only a miracle of a particular Dao. Creating a Great Natural Order miracle is not so easy.
For it is said in legends that Daos like the Immortal, Buddhist, Demonic, and others were all gestated by the Great Natural Order. In a sense, the Great Natural Order not only encompasses all things but also contains the Three Thousand Great Daos.
One can imagine that to create a Great Natural Order miracle, proficiency in just one type of Dao is far from enough. One would likely need mastery over all Three Thousand Great Daos.
Could it be that this fellow Gu Qingfeng has already mastered the Three Thousand Great Daos?
No!
Absolutely impossible!
No one can master the Three Thousand Great Daos.
Absolutely no one!
Among those present, Da Xing the Mad Monk knew Gu Qingfeng best. He knew Gu Qingfeng had once ascended to the dual thrones of Immortal and Demon, possessing considerable proficiency in both the Immortal and Demonic Daos. Additionally, having received guidance from Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, he was also involved with the Buddhist Dao. Plus, this kid had gestated the human Dao creation of 'All Living Beings' Worship of the Myriad Phenomena,' so he was also somewhat proficient in the Human Dao.
Beyond that, this kid had also comprehended the Dao of the Absolute, the Dao of Stillness, the Dao of Slaughter, the Dao of Life, the Dao of Death, including the Dao of Purgatory, and many other forbidden Daos.
Yet even so, he was still far, far from the Three Thousand Great Daos.
Suddenly.
Da Xing the Mad Monk thought of a possibility. He felt Gu Qingfeng must have comprehended the common point of the Three Thousand Great Daos.
What is the common point of the Three Thousand Great Daos?
This question is simple. Everyone knows it.
The Buddha is originally the Dao; the Dao's methods follow the Natural Order.
But knowing is one thing, understanding is another, and whether one can grasp its profound mysteries is yet another matter entirely.
Knowing does not equate to understanding; understanding does not mean one has already attained enlightenment.
"Kid! Can you really create Great Natural Order miracle phenomena?" Huo Toutuo glared with tiger-like eyes, full of doubt.
"Of course." Gu Qingfeng shrugged. "This master can casually wave a hand and create a hundred and eight thousand Great Natural Order miracle phenomena."
"Wave a hand and create them? A hundred and eight thousand? Kid! Do you think Second Uncle Fire has never seen the world?"
"What? Don't believe me?"
"I don't!" Huo Toutuo shouted. "If you have the skill, create a Great Natural Order miracle phenomenon for Second Uncle Fire right now. Forget a hundred and eight thousand; if you can create eighteen Great Natural Order miracle phenomena, Second Uncle Fire will call you ancestor from now on!"
"Fine. When I have some free time tomorrow, I'll definitely give you a chance to call me ancestor."
"What 'tomorrow'? Do it now."
"I say, you big oaf, are you really in such a hurry to call someone ancestor?"
"You brat, you dare toy with Second Uncle!" Realizing Gu Qingfeng was teasing him, Huo Toutuo instantly flared with rage. Da Xing the Mad Monk knew Huo Toutuo had a fiery temper and also knew Gu Qingfeng was not someone to be trifled with. He quickly stepped forward to intervene, then said to Water Moon Bodhisattva, "Junior Sister, we shouldn't delay. We should set off immediately to prevent complications."
Water Moon Bodhisattva nodded. She thought the same. If it were any other secret realm, the two of them could leave behind a wisp of divine sense to observe the situation. However, the Little Zen Hidden Realm was guarded tightly by a group of Zen Sect elders. Most importantly, the Zen Sect elders controlled the laws of the Little Zen Hidden Realm; not the slightest movement could escape their eyes. It was impossible to leave behind divine sense for reconnaissance.
Thus.
Led by Da Xing the Mad Monk and Water Moon Bodhisattva, the Five Monsters of Heishan, along with Gu Qingfeng and Mo Wentian, arrived at the teleportation array connecting this world to the Little Zen Hidden Realm.
This was yet another ancient teleportation array. Moreover, Gu Qingfeng could tell that this array, whether in structure or formation, closely resembled the one at Yun Jue Temple. They were likely arranged by the same person.
"Aren't you two going ahead to notify them?" Mo Wentian worried. "If we barge into the Little Zen Hidden Realm with all of us like this, you'll probably have a hard time explaining later."
"This old monk has already said everything that should be said, and even things that shouldn't have been said. That bunch of old fogies simply won't listen. This old monk has already been beaten out three times. I can't be bothered to say more. Once we reach the Little Zen Hidden Realm, if those Zen Sect elders make a move, we'll just fight them directly."
Da Xing the Mad Monk then looked at Water Moon Bodhisattva and asked, "Junior Sister, what's your opinion?"
"I feel the same. At this point, there's no need for further explanations. We can only force our way in. First, establish a foothold in the Little Zen Hidden Realm, then wait for the Zen Sect relic to emerge."
While Da Xing the Mad Monk, Water Moon Bodhisattva, and the others discussed their strategy, Gu Qingfeng kept circling the ancient teleportation array beneath their feet, examining it closely. Probing with his divine sense, he discovered that this ancient teleportation array was just like the one at Yun Jue Temple: although the structure of the spatial tunnel inside was still intact, it had already aged.
Gu Qingfeng had an indelible shadow regarding this kind of aged teleportation array. "I say, Da Xing, are you sure there's no problem with this teleportation array? This master doesn't think it looks very reliable."
"Problem? What problem could there be! Don't worry, this old monk has already repaired the teleportation array. The structure of the spatial tunnel is also very intact. There's nothing to worry about."
"I hope so. Just don't let the spatial tunnel collapse halfway through the teleportation, that's all. This master has no desire to be swept into the Endless Sea Beyond the Heavens."
"Pei! Pei! Pei!" Da Xing the Mad Monk quickly spat three times, saying with displeasure, "Can't you stop saying such things, kid!"
Clearly.
Even an existence like Da Xing the Mad Monk was deeply afraid of the legendary Endless Sea Beyond the Heavens. Not just him, but Water Moon Bodhisattva, Mo Wentian, and even the Five Monsters of Heishan all dreaded the Endless Sea Beyond the Heavens. They all knew that once swept into it, one would absolutely find life unattainable and death impossible, with heaven unresponsive and earth unhearing.
"Just set your heart at ease, kid. Even if you were swept into the Endless Sea Beyond the Heavens, this old monk would definitely rescue you!"
As he spoke, Da Xing the Mad Monk activated the teleportation array. He looked around at everyone. "Well then, everyone... shall we set off?"
After everyone nodded, Da Xing the Mad Monk was the first to jump into the teleportation array, followed immediately by Water Moon Bodhisattva. The mysterious black-clothed man followed closely behind. Tudigong, Huo Toutuo, and the rest of the Five Monsters of Heishan all jumped in as well.
"Brother Gu, you go first. I, Mo, will bring up the rear!"
Gu Qingfeng rubbed his eyes. "Damn it. Ever since being dragged into this by that old bald donkey Da Xing, my right eyelid has been twitching nonstop. I keep feeling like something's going to happen."
"I, Mo, have the same feeling. However, since we've agreed to help Da Xing, we'll give it our all."
"That's all we can do."
